This song was born from the words of a recovery mentor to "unlearn everything that wasn't serving my goodness and wholeness" and first emerged when I was in a deeply shame-filled, lonely place. May this be a mantra for all those of us who feel alone in the weight of whatever shame we're carrying around, a call to restart and ground in a more loving story than we knew possible.
