Oh dear... A song to address the judgement I carry around! These words came from my friend and local activist, coach and mentor Carol DelMonico - "Wonder is the antidote to judgement." She references her teacher Parker Palmer as a main inspiration of this idea.

So, now when I find myself writing someone or something off, making up a story, I dwell into wonder and let go of my notions. Because I'm such an enlightened being...
